Teaching & Exceeding Residential Accessible Building Standards for All Abilities Beyond ADA

This is a visual, oral & written course to help you better understand accessibility from the vantage point of a mobility impaired person of any age. ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990) code was designed as a minimum commercial standard that has not yet been designed into our daily residential living spaces. Placement is vital from the foundation, to framing, electrical/mechanical, plumbing and specific finishes and trim details as to be compatible for all abilities.
